Positive: Great location. Nice to look out on a field with livestock, which was not expected.
Negative: Problems with the heatpump in cold weather. In the end we had to clean the air filter, but even then it seemed to not be working adequately considering the size of the space and the low temperatures. There was a back-up electric heater that worked. We contacted the managers and they offered to provide more heat and apologised. The heat pump needs servicing.
