Alpine Nook in Methven's Heart

Positive: Comfortable and convenient little house very close to the town centre. Very well equipped kitchen. Overall excellent. Negative: There is no drying rack to dry damp ski gear. The second bedroom can be set up as a king or two singles, we booked a family with 3 children but had to split the king bed into singles ourselves. This info is in the small print on Booking, but we missed it. However, we felt that the 3 children booking warranted single beds. The sofa bed is basic folding cushion style and can't be put back to sofa mode when made up with bedding, but it was fine for a short stay with children

Perfect little house in Methven Positive: Tidy, quiet, clean and modern little 2-bedroom house. Easy 5min walk into Methven. Very good communication with the hosts. Negative: Nothing

Very nice Positive: Facilities, location and the space in the house. It's very close to the town centre and you can walk to all shops and supermarkets. Negative: Everything is good apart from the hot water system. You do have limited hot water supplies so make sure you don't use them up before showers.

Great location, comfortable and well stocked with the basic essentials. Positive: Location was great, central to everything in town. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with the basics. Comfortable to relax after a day on the mountain or walking. Negative: No storage for clothes in the wardrobes and no drawers to put things in. We were there for 10 days and everything had to stay in suitcases on the floor. Not a lot of cupboards to put food away in the kitchen.

Good value and comfy. Positive: The place was cozy and spacious for us, it looks modern and has everything we need. The staff is proactive to offer help even it was late in Friday night, we will give a five star for this👍 Negative: We have four people, and the hot water do have to wait for longer intervals to use.
