amily Friendly on Forest! Amazing Location

Absolutely fantastic, exceeded our expectations, see you next year xx Positive: We absolutely loved staying here, heaps of space, great for entertaining (we have a big family here), loved sitting on the deck in the sun having my cuppa in the morning looking up at the mountains. Close to town and quiet, slept so well in the comfortable bed. Will book here every winter we come back. Hosts were really good too very easy to deal with. Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We come to methven once a year from Australia and this has been our best stay yet. We were able to have the grandparents Positive: Lots of room for a family with comfortable beds, great bathrooms, beautiful and warm. Convenient space to dump our ski gear. Big tv to stream movies on at the end of the day. Space outside for kids to run around and a kitchen with everything you would need for a few days. Negative: It would be good to have a few more bowls in the kitchen and children’s books.

Positive: Lovely modern home Tastefully decorated Very warm and cosy Negative: Beds were uncomfortable- quite firm and duvet quite heavy- would be good to have a thin fairydown expresso blanket option available so can take off heavy duvet. Both children made same comment- house warm so no need for big heavy cover

Positive: Nice new house, quiet location. Negative: The driveway was hard to navigate with two cars parked in driveway. The bed covers were very heavy and warm. Adding a nice cotton blanket for warmer nights would be ideal.
