Positive: • The house was sooo spacious • The kitchen had every single supply you'd ever need when cooking, amazing! • Washing machine & drier were great to have • Great location to pop by the lakes and chch for day trips Negative: • Couch wasn't comfortable • Shower wasn't great as the pressure and hot / cold option weren't correctly set, even mostly set to cold it was so hot, and when making the water cold the pressure was lost

Lovely stop on our family holiday. Felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable. Positive: Convenient, well equipped for a family break

Positive: We found the accommodation very comfortable, neat and clean. We stayed with our two kids (4 and 6) and it was great.

Excellent little holiday chalet. Positive: Excellent location in the middle of Methven, handy to supermarket and next door to the Blue and Brown pubs - we ate in the Brown pub. Double height living space had a nice feel. Small kitchen was well equipped - had everything we needed. Off street parking was handy a couple of times but access is a little tight. Parking on the street was no bother too. Nice drive up the mountain. Both double rooms were excellent. Owner was responsive and helpful. Negative: The chalet is a great little design but isn't well insulated. Heating is through an air-con style heat pump that blows warm air into the double height living room. Heat rises and I think mostly goes out through the roof. We found it difficult to keep the place warm.
